[Ilugc] ILGUC Software Freedom Day - Demo Stall information

I would like to know arrangements available in there to stall owners.
The stall owners will get a place for the stall, tea/snacks/lunch.
They have to bring their own laptop/computers, power cables, extension
boxes, internet dongles.
Feel free to ask if you need any more.
