I have a project in which I will be requiring a good web designer with some
degree of knowledge with Flash, Adobe Photoshop and php. I have a person who
can integrate the dynamic stuff here but need specifically help on the
design component. If any one of you will be interested or know someone who
is willing work on this offshore project pls forward me your resume off list

discuss in depth about the project, time frame and compensation etc.
