No point in starting the discussion again I guess .. I was unusually 
stressed out yesterday with work related pressures.  If I hurt your 
feelings, sorry. But my opinions on discussing software patents here 
tend to stand. There's nothing that the average reader of this list 
(engg students? people working as entry level programmers / middle 
management at one corporate or another?) can do a single 
thing about it ..

As much as I don't want to believe in srs's words, I have to agree.

"If you can't do anything about it, don't talk about it."

But, even if we want to do anything about it, what can we do?
Most of us have the "regular" 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM jobs.And those jobs are 
certainly not the right place to advocate the above mentioned thoughts.

I guess the common software-engineer just learns to compromise on these 
priciples, though that's the worst thing to do in such a situation.
