i need to know one more thing. have u a direct access or
via proxy? if u have proxy access, u need to turn on the proxy and as
well as u need to give proxy user name and password, but this error u
mentioned is not seems to be Proxy error. can u try to download some
other ways? if it is working, we will discuss on further needful
things to do.
