Simple rsync tool should be sufficent. It can operate over ssh and sync
only the differences. Thus saving you time and bandwidth. But afaik it is
a command line tool and i am not if any GUI wrapper tool exists. The
biggest plus is all Linux system have it. cron job a rsync with ssh keys
and your job is done.
