Lot's of ladies are are now taking up Development for FLOSS.
Debian as a few lady-debian-developer's.

Ayama(?) comes to mind, maintainer for lirc.
Telsa as srs pointed out is involved heavily with Gnome/Linux Bug squashing.
Then there is Eugenia, a BeOS hacker, who is an Editor on OSnews.org and a UI
Specialist for GNOME and is the person incharge of http://gnomefiles.org ;.

I knew there were few women developer in debian,
