Thanks for your prompt response.
I am currently monitoring my network traffic through SNMP and producing the
graph using the MRTG. Is there any other way for producing the FTP Traffic
(MRTG graph) similar to monitoring the ethernet card interface through
SNMP - MRTG.

Did you try ethereal?
Check out the "Follow TCP stream" feature in ethereal.
