I totally agree with ?bala. I have done more than 75 sessions in the last 5-6 
years. The state of affairs is so poor that just letting the >word 'foss' or 
'linux' to be heard by the students itself is a great service to foss. 
?Baskar is doing wonderful job.
What is the achievement out of those 75 sessions ? Do u mean that the
students do not care abt FOSS the day after the lab setup ? If so
whats the point in doing the whole thing? Are you sure they still use
FOSS in their labs ?

Today our requirement is 'physical volunteers' and not 
adivse/suggestion/ideas. We need foot solders, we have enough commanders, 
strategic planners, thinkers, analysts etc.
I think you are missing an important point. physical volunteers could
be generated from the students/audience themselves, if motivated
enough to use FOSS.
