[Ilugc] FOSS Lab Setup in Periyar Maniammai University, Thanjavur District

Dear all,

Yesterday, we have setup a 65 seat FOSS Lab for Periyar Maniammai University
(www.pmu.edu), Thanjavur Dt. for the Dept. of Software Engineering.

We also had good discussion with Vice Chancellor Dr. N. Ramachandran about
implementing FOSS in PMU campus.
