Myself conducted FOSS workshop based on the subject 'Open Source Lab'
in the following Engineering colleges between 04/07/2014 and
13/07/2014.
1. Sri Bharathi Engineering College for Women, Kaikkurichi, Pudukkottai Dt.
Date: 04/07/2014
Participants: More than 35 students from 3rd year and final year of
CSE attended the workshop.
2. E.G.S Pillay Engineering College, Nagapattinam Dt.
Date: 11/07/2014
Participants: More than 100 Students from Final year CSE attended the workshop.
3. Jayaram College of Engineering and Technology, Thuraiyur, Trichy Dt.
Date: 12/07/2014 and 13/07/2014
Participants: More than 70+ students and faculty members from various
institutions attended the workshop.

I would like to thank the co-ordinators and management authorities of
the above colleges for organizing the workshop.
Also, we have been setting up 'Open Source Lab' using Fedora-20 in
various engineering colleges. If any one interested in volunteering
in this effort, they may contact me offlist. We are updating the list
of colleges were we have setup FOSS Labs in the recent times.

The good news is that, previously they requested for Dual boot option,
this time most colleges asked for Linux only.
