[Ilugc] Ethernet driver issue: kernel version mismatch

Change your initscript (rc.network or whatever) to do insmod -f of your card.

I can ping intranet addresses, but not internet addresses.

Is the route to your gateway set up properly?  Did you specify the default
gateway at all?

The other thing is that /etc/modules.conf does not have an alias to eth0.
If I try /sbin/ifup eth0, I get the error message : unknown interface
eth0=etc0

Add the alias then!
