[Ilugc] Clarification - Internet Using Mobile Phone

I need a clarification over my doubt:
I am accessing Internet Via Nokia Pc suite now in windows.
Can this is possible in Linux?
How to access the same in Linux.

Internet connection using mobile is a cakewalk in Ubuntu. Just connect your
mobile through a data cable, create a new broadband connection and then
select appropriate provider (BSNL, airtel, which are available
pre-configured). After completion, ubuntu will automatically connect to the
internet.
