Finding one with a data cable might be difficult. Go for a one

networking) profile thro' Bluetooth.

There is some manual effort involved but you can check on ebay.in for prices of
all the phones listed here:

(note, there are more than 1 phone in a number series, go to the section to see
actual model numbers)
Also, as Arun suggested, you can take your laptop to the bazaar, connect the
phone (with cable or bluetooth) and run:
$ gnokii --identify
if it can identify the phone, it is very likely gnokii can also send sms
through it.
