[Ilugc] Can't change resolution with Mandrake 10.1

Thanks for the reply.  
Any one there was able to work in high resolution ?.
The config tools was modifying te file /etc/X11/XF86Config. And it has
changed all lines to 1024x768 which was previously refering to
800x600.

Check /etc/X11/XF86Config-4. Sometimes the GUI configurator messes up
the conf file by putting the refresh rate in the wrong place. Check
with 'man XF86Config' to make sure the format of the file is proper. It
also helps to startx from a console, so that you can look at the error
messages to check if something is wrong. Hope that helps.
