One of the possibilities is to go to
http://<hostname>/cgi-bin/mailman/admin/<listname>/privacy/sender
Here you will find the form entry
List of non-member addresses whose postings will be automatically discarded.
This entry can take a regular expression and so can be used to match
an address like '^[^@]*@bad.sending.domain.com'
I'm not sure if this would work if the se domains use "genuine"
sender addresses.
