"meet" (I believe you are mentioning meet.ilugc.in) is just another
irc frontend, you can perfectly join #ilugc channel in libera.chat
through any other irc client, you don't have to use meet.ilugc.in.
But I cannot provide assurance that this talk will be conducted as
text only irc talk or conducted with audio/video through jitsi. It
will be decided by the presenter at the beginning of his presentation.
