[Ilugc] Booting message is not displayed continuously

While booting I cant see the booting messages continuously, and also when
I use console the screen is not scrolling automatically, I can execute only
few commands after that I need to clear the screen(ctrl+l).
Since the boot messages are not visible I cant troubleshoot.
Remove the 'quiet' kernel boot parameter, with this you will see all the
boot info.
