even better way is to create a new account using those internet
connection wizards (see in one of those system config menus). I had
problems using pppoe rpms. I used the wizard to create a new pppoe
connection and filled the details and activated/deactivated using the
settings>network (or network connections). If you have to install the
pppoe rpms it will say, insert the cd and thats all (you dont need to
trouble ur self with the latest rpms. The old ones with fc3 still work
).
