Yes, we can  certainly help you out. But I need some technical details. Is that 
modem a USB only modem? Does it have an ethernet port?

If it has an ethernet port, then buy an ethernet straight cable or BSNL should 
give you one, and you are done.

If it is a USB only modem, then it is more work. 

Contact me offlist if it is a USB only modem.
