I am concerned with why this particular PC is getting this issue ...

I got WinXP, Fedora Core 3 and Ubuntu 64-bit version (Yes, I got a
64-bit processor). My Ubuntu always gives me the wrong time, OTOH both
WinXP and FC3 have no problems. I do not work work much in Ubuntu and
therefore not delved much into this matter.

Annyway would like get a solution. I even noticed one thing, if I change
the time in Ubuntu, that affects my WinXP and FC3.
