Not in my experience. I was unable to find a vendor in Chennai who
can supply an eeepc with GNU/Linux (Xandros).
If you are willing to dump the pre-installed XP, Samsung NC10 got good
reviews.
Bought one for a friend at Lamington Road, Mumbai for 25K
I think the post asked for a pre-installed system.
