The EDAC driver has reported an error on one of your Memory. Ask your
hardware vendor to replace the same.

Looks like faulty RAM.
Run memtests86+ on your server and look for errors.
Better yet, uses the IBM diagnostics utility CD which can check
your entire system for hard/soft errors.
Best solution, log a call with IBM tech support and get your
system integrator to do the dirty work!
