This comes under section 3 of GPL and it talks about distribution of the
program as an executable or as object code. You can charge as much as you
want for the program. It should be accompanied with the complete source
code and for that you can charge only the cost of source distribution.
And according to the fsf, the person who bought the program and the
source from you can make copies and redistribute it totally free also.
