hello evry1,
i m usin ubuntu rite now and i find life dull and boring with it (it jus
works!!! no problems at all)..
i hav decided to do something adventurous...what could be more fun than
installing gentoo from stage 1..
now i hav this simple query..since gentoo is a meta-distro how does it
handle package updates. i mean do i hav to d/l the entire source tarball
and emerge it or is there anyway i could jus patch the updates to the
code therby d/l only differences between versions..with a bit of
googling i came across this link

now by the looks of it..getdelta isnt for gentoo alone..any pointers on
