In general when any admin publishes content, we have two messages below the
heading - one is "written by <admin>", this can be switched off too, but I
want the text to changed to "presented by <admin>" (should be easy).
The other thing is the <admin> comes up in the author field for articles
submitted. For example the irc article has the 'Administrator' as the author
or it can be one of the admins. A solution may be to register the author's
name as a member with 'author' privileges (but this has security
implications).

Yes media upload is fine (it was not ok before).
