So, here's a list of stuff that needs doing for the ball before Week 1, 
Semester 2:

Posters:

*         Deliver poster design request to Publications

*         Have poster designs created

*         Get posters printed (3-4 A0, bunch of A3s for posting in areas where 
they won't get taken down, lots of A4 for random places)

*         Put up posters

Tickets:

*         Deliver ticket design request to Publications

*         Have ticket design created

*         Get Tickets printed (is this done at Guild Copy or somewhere else)

*         Get barcodes printed and stuck on tickets.

*         Distribute tickets amongst the 3 clubs.

*         Open up table registration, only open limited number of tables.

*         Organise with Rusty/Tom to gradually open more tables (maybe on a 
specific date, so that if people come to us saying 'theres no more tables open 
for my group, ZOMGWTF', we can tell them to look again on a certain date.

Sales:

*         Organise with respective committees for ticket selling locations, 
times, personnel.

*         Receive free champagne from Challenge Stadium

*         Create and number champagne vouchers (CEAC and PRSC, we'll keep the 
bottles in CEC office, so direct your people here. Or should we only have the 
vouchers at the CEC stall, as that's where the majority of tickets will be 
sold?)
