Well it appears Bob Vadas gets credit for exposing one of the perils of a
too-busy retirement pace.  It seems I just never pulled the trigger on Topic
#2.  But the good news is, it's here now and ready for your collective wisdom
and insights.  Please accept my apologies for this oversight.  I'm sure it'll
never happen again.

Attached is the second in what may be a number of topics for IFC members to
comment on.  Topic #1 was a great success by stirring lots of interaction so I
encourage you all to stay engaged in this exercises.  Remember we're an
organization of members helping members so I encourage you all to at least look
this brief information over (soon) and participate in any exchanges that follow.

I know just how busy you all are so please don't look at this as an assignment.
It's more of an opportunity to improve your understanding and ability to
manage water in rivers, streams and standing waters.

It's been several months since the first of these topics came out but the delay
was due to several factors.  I'll try to turn these out on a more regular
(monthly?) basis.  As always if you have any questions or comments, please let
me know and remember, we'll have time at the biennial meeting to discuss this
project in more detail.  Thanks again for your participation and good luck with
this topic.
