Thanks Dave,
NH has new instream flow rules we are hoping to have adopted in a few days. 
I’ve tried to get to the discussion forum to post them, but the forum page has 
broken down. (Also, NH’s webpages and my contact information are not listed on 
other pages.) Lauren Makowecki has been busy – is there anybody who can give 
her some help?
