Good Afternoon IFC Members,

At a recent Instream Flow Council Executive Committee meeting, Tom Annear,
Christopher Estes, and I presented an update of progress made on the
IFC/AFS Multistate conservation grant we received to examine and prepare a
plan to re-establish an instream flow and water level conservation and
training center (IFWL-CTRC). During the ExCom meeting a request was made to
prepare a written summary and update that could be shared with the IFC
membership. We three with input from one steering committee member
assisting on the MSCG project provide the attached as an update for your
information. Please take a look at the attached pdf and reach out to me,
Tom or Christopher if you have follow up questions we can assist with. Also
be aware that the attached being shared with the entire IFWL-CTRC Steering
Committee for their distribution as desired. This includes the opportunity
for Doug Austen, Ex. Dir. for AFS to share with AFS membership at his
discretion.

Hope you're all well and have a great week-end

David Weedman
