Day 1: The first day will be a daylong training session where you can select 2
of the 4 available training sessions (1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon)
on: FERC hydropower licensing, water law concepts for dealing with drought,
reducing uncertainty in riverine ecosystems during environmental change, or
handling information in water management issues.
Days 2 and 3 of the workshop involve presentations by internationally
recognized experts providing examples on the use and need of effective laws,
policies, science, and public participation to meet water management objectives
for rivers, reservoirs, and lakes under drought conditions.
