Officers of Engineering Student Organizations,

    You must come into 309 CEER ASAP to get the information and detailed
instructions from
the Engineering Alumni Society that has been placed in your organization's
mailbox about
the following:

    "In an effort to provide support to students groups working on
engineering projects,
the Engineering Alumni Society is issuing a request for proposal.

    The EAS has funds available to provide financial support for a limited
number of
engineering student projects.  Funding support will be in the $500 to $1,500
ranges.

    In order for your organization to be considered, you must submit a
proposal.

    Proposals are due in the Dean's Office by 2:00 pm on Friday, November 7,
2003.

    Awards to be announced the first week of December 2003.

    Any questions regarding this RFP should be addressed to Mr. James E.
Zaleski,
Facilities Services, Maintenance Bldg., Villanova University.
