[PCB_FORUM] parts in schematic and BOM, but not brd

Hi group,
How can I get a part in the schematic to NOT package to the brd, but WILL be
in the BOM?
I tried COMMENT_BODY=TRUE, but this excludes from the brd AND bom.
Also, If you add a part to schematic that will be "sky-wired" meaning hand
solder leads to a hole on board or lead to wire to board etc.
We want the part in schematic and BOM, but not board.
