[PCB_FORUM] options >> cis configuration not visible

"database part" does not show up under the place drop-down menu and << crtl Z
>> does not work. I've seen this before but can't remember what we did to fix
this.
The CIS part is not functioning and i'm thinking about reinstalling the
software. Anyone seen this problem..
