[PCB_FORUM] mirroring circuits question

I am in the need of some advice on how to mirror circuits from top to bottom
side as well as the inner layers of connections
I am currently working on a 28 layer board that is basically 2 14 layer boards
that are fabricated back to back with blind vias going down or up 14 layers and
just certain vias going all the way through for the connections from the top to
bottom.
Is there any way to mirror entire circuits including etch from the top to bottom
including the inner layers of etch, layer 2 would be the same as layer 27, layer
3 would be the same as layer 26 and so on.
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
