[PCB_FORUM] extract REFDES_ASSLY REFDES_SILK

Dear All
How can we extract from a board design as shown below? ie How to write a
file and what items to be present ? give me a sample txt file to extract
output file as mentioned below

I required this because when i edit the board by unknowingly I may delete
the ref des of the symbol. So to track before gerber generation this output
may be use ful
Or else If Cadence guru's may suggest me some other best method if it
overcomes this mistake.
