I would prefer that the customer use the free viewer but he's the
customer so he is by default, right. Seems like using a swiss army
knife to do delicate microsurgery, to me.

They may need it for transferring to solidworks, etc.

Why don't you just have your customer use the free Allegro Viewer ?
Beats reading in dumb graphic data and gives them much more information
about the design.

                Greetings all,

Can anyone tell me how to export a board file out in
.dxf format? I'm running Allegro 15.2 Design Expert and it appears that
I'm having problems because of a missing conversion file. (.cnv)?

I need to export the routing, vias and component
outlines if possible.

                Thanks,
