John,

  This is uncommon, and the usual cause of this error message is that a
net has been user scheduled and a pin in the middle of the schedule
belongs to a component which is not placed.The solution is to place all
components tied to user scheduled nets and re-run dbcheck.

If all parts are placed, then try to unschedule and then re-schedule the
nets listed in dbcheck as in error.
