John, This is uncommon, and the usual cause of this error message is that a net has been user scheduled and a pin in the middle of the schedule belongs to a component which is not placed. The solution is to place all components tied to user scheduled nets and re-run dbcheck. If all parts are placed, then try to unschedule and then re-schedule the nets listed in dbcheck as in error. -Barbara Seeger - Cadence - 978-262-6578 > I am getting a database error from dbfix.dbcheck..that reads "ratsnest > out of date" > any idea's....? > > ------------------------------------------- -----Original Message----- From: icu-pcb-forum-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:icu-pcb-forum-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of gnieski_mike@xxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, August 02, 2007 2:46 PM To: icu-pcb-forum@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [PCB_FORUM] Does anyone know what "Ratsnest lines are out of date.
