The skill program you described requires Valor output and a certain
amount of the typical "new tool learning curve". I can appreciate the
usefulness of this tool, but unless one is using it on a constant basis,
I find that using the Export>subdrawing process works well as long as
you utilize good communication techniques with your PCB fabrication
vendor. I wish I had the resources and time to use such a tool, but very
rarely find it advantageous to pursue this track unless you have a
dedicated support system available.
