Does anyone know how to fix the pstchip.dat file so I can make a bga pin and
gate swappable ? thanks

I am sure lot's of people do.
What I do, however, is to get a part that can do what
I want done already and steal the syntax from it and
put it into the new part I want to make.
Or, you could read the help on how to make a part
that has the pin and gate swap functions.
I haven't done one in a while but I remember
it was not a monumental task.
If you figure it out yourself the chances are
that you will remember the next time you need
to configure a device in the future.

Good luck,
