Create a surface mount pad; place pads 1-n1 on topside; mirror the pads, and place n2-nx on the backside. For a 32 pin edge connector, you'd have pads 1-16 on top; and 17-32 on the farside. Or if it's alpha: pins A1-A16 on top; B1-B16 on bottom. Depends on what the schematic says. These are NOT the same pads top&bottom, so don't be confused by that.
