Yes. I have backrev'd a brd file. You make a "clip" of the entire
board (Export sub-drawing) while in 16.x; open 15.x and import the clip.
That gets rid of all the 16.x stuff (mainly CM related).
There is not an easy back-and-forth translation -- it's a one-time
thing.
