Best to consult with your engineering group. You would want to use a material that has the appropriate dielectric constant and tangent loss you are looking for. You don't need buy something exotic, just find what meets your need at the lowest cost. Rogers Nelco and Isola all have material that works. Also if you plan to sell your product in Europe you will need have a material that that is RoHS compliant (lead free process and much much more). Also ....you would want to know who is going to fabricate and manufacture the bulk of your. Not good to choose a material they don't keep on stock unless your needs really call for it. There is down time for them to order it. FR4 comes in many flavors.
