Dear All,
Does anyone know if we can customize solder mask for pads? It seems to me that
when I finish a design (after generating gerber files), my solder mask
top/bottom have voids (open areas) for all pads by default. Can I change it to
a certain distances away (let's say 5 mils away) from each pads?
I tried looking into the padstacks in allegro and the library creater. None
gave such choices. So I'm assuming Allegro generates soldermask to surround
all pads by defaults....?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
