Austin,
Propagation Delay is mainly used to verify the length or time between
Pin Pairs on a net where as Total Etch Length is used to control the
length of the entire net by adding up all the segments.

Hi Pam,
With Min/Max you can specify either a timing delay OR a physical length.
Total Etch Length appears to be a subset of Min/Max Propagation Delay, so
why have Total Etch Length at all? It has two more columns of info, but
they could have put that into the Min/Max spreadsheet...
