Try changing the IO model to Out on U1 and IN on the rest.
What Version of Cadence are you using?

[PCB_FORUM] CM Topology Assignment

Hi All. I'm having a problem with topology assignments.

When you have a topology with say one driver and 4 receivers and all 4
receivers are identical, with identical models, and I create a cset with
a specified schedule say;

U1 -> U2 -> U3 -> U4 -> U5

Now I apply this cset to a net that has devices, say:

U10, U11, U12, U13 and U14 (that I want ordered like that) the schedule
seems to be random since all devices are the same. IE:

U10 -> U12 ->U13 -> U14 -> U11

and the nextime you apply the topology it might be:

U10 -> U11 ->U14 -> U12 -> U13.

I cannot use REFDES mapping mode since they are all different
components. The other mapping modes behave the same.

Anyone have any suggestions? (Besides using a user schedule).

Thanks for any help.
