Should be the same solution as the past versions. Toggle the "stretch etch"
off in your options menu.

I am using 15.2 and when I move a part I am not getting any rats (just a
floating part). Once I place it, the rats reappear. I would like to see the
rats as I move the part. I believe this has already been discussed in this
forum but I can't remember what the answer was.
