That always happened to me until software upgrade 1.06.21.  Now, my unit
won't even vibrate.  Since you have a Braille+, send it to APH at
Repair Department

Hi, I downloaded the bill 21 upgrade and my braille plus does not stop
vibrateing untill I do a reset. The reset is with the button inside the
battery compartment. What can I do to fix this? Thanks for the help.
