Hi;
I have called level star rather than aph and can't say enough good about the 
service.  I might have called at the right time of day but there wasn't an 
unreasonable wait & they happily talked me through the reflash procedure and a 
few other minor problems.
Maybe they are busy working on that gps option I would like.
