Hi All,I just made a huge mistake. I then E-mailed and phoned APH and got replies from both the phone and E-mail messages. I have had immediate response from their tech report people each time I contacted them. They could not have been more helpful. They solved every question until this one. I had to send my BP back and the diagnosis was not good.
Just a note: Be sure that you only use the AC adapter that came with your Icon or BP. I inadvertently plugged in the AC adapter to my Talkman and it immediately fried the mother board of the BP. This was an expensive mistake. I immediately labeled my BP charger. The BP is presently getting repaired. I hope the turn around time is reasonable. I will let the list know how it works out. I hope this tip will prevent someone else from making this mistake.
