You cannot go through and physically delete articles from the rss reader, but
you can set them to go away after a certain amount of days in the RSS settings
menu. Find this under number 9 in the RSS program menu. As for podcasts, if
you want to keep them indefinitely, moving them to a folder in the hard drive
is probably the safest.
